We are thrilled to warmly welcome spring with exciting news about LVM Resort and the Las Vegas area. Water Aerobics: Join us for a refreshing exercise and relaxation time every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
Advanced Line Dancing: Every Tuesday night, join us at 7:00 p.m. and show off your skills!
Tai Chi: Start your weekends off right with an energizing mind-body workout every Saturday in April at 10:00 a.m.
Owners and Guests Meet and Greet: Held every Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the clubhouse.
LVM Receives Another Perfect Score from Good Sam in 2013

NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series Friday, April 5 - Sunday, April 7: Did you satisfy your need for speed at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway as drivers competed to be crowned in the Top Fuel, Funny Car, and Pro Stock categories? Johnny Gray is campaigning a very special Pitch Energy paint scheme on his Dodge Charger Funny Car in 2013. The design is in tribute to his late father, John R. Gray.
Bon Jovi Live in Concert, April 20: The renowned band will be performing at the MGM Grand Garden Arena as part of their “Because We Can” tour.
David Copperfield, March 14 - April 17: The talented Emmy winning magician performs his incredible tricks live at the MGM Grand Hollywood Theatre every night at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

We would like to congratulate Johnny Gray, NHRA Driver and owner at LVM Resort. Johnny recently won the Funny Car Class at the NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, FL on March 17. Congrats, Johnny! We are happy you chose LVM as your spot for relaxation and enjoyment on your time off. Johnny Gray, with wife Terry (left) and sister Terry Chandler (right), celebrating the first NHRA win of the 2013 season for the family’s Pitch Energy team at the Amalie Oil Gatornationals in Gainesville, Fla. With the win, Johnny moved into a tie for the lead in the Mello Yello Drag Racing Series standings.
Spring RVing Checklist
Before embarking on your first RV trip of the spring season, it is important to do a thorough run-through of important preparations.
1. Make sure to have a hard copy of your map routed out. You should always have a back- up plan in the case that your trusted GPS conks out on you.
2. Plan your stops ahead of time, and try to call ahead to help guarantee that there will be a spot for your Class A RV when you arrive.
3. Try and plan out most of your dining ahead of time. Cooking while RVing will save money and also bring the family closer together!
4. Check the weather forecast of your planned destinations and plan your packing accordingly. Also, create a checklist to make sure that you have not forgotten to pack anything important!
5. Make sure you have a restocked first aid kit on your Class A RV before you leave. Have any necessary prescriptions filled before leaving as well.
